Zinc stearate is a very common ingredient in coating paint and wallpaper paste. Both these applications of chemical use the material to improve adhesion, which means that painting and wallpapering will be more successful with zinc stearate present. Paint manufacturers also use this material so that they can make paint better-tasting with the addition of flavors or scents without delay.

Application
1. Preferred transparent putty filler for water-based paint, water-based alkyd, water-soluble polyurethane, water-soluble acid, acrylic emulsion and other similar systems.
2. Prior option in high-quality water-based coatings for its outstanding transparency, defoaming, stability, anti-settling, drying, dispersion and grinding, too improve the hydrophobicity of the coating surface and the feel of the paint film.
3. As a flattening agent, filler, stabilizer, anti-settling agent and waterproofing agent for water-based inks.

Storage and Transportation
1. Indoor storage and temperature between 0 °C and 45 °C to avoid freezing ice or rapid volatilization of water. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
2. Do not stack together with strong acid or strong alkaline compounds to avoid chemical reaction between zinc stearate and leaked acid or alkali.
3. Sealed in its original packaging under appropriate conditions, it has storage stability for at least half a year. If it exceeds the effective storage period, it doesn't mean that the emulsion cannot be used, but it must be evaluated in the relevant applications to prove it's still effective.
4. Do not use this emulsion in acidic conditions.
